AN ANTI-SMOKING THEATER PRODUCTION OF

"Pack of Lies" & "Little Red Learns About Cigarettes"

In these carefully researched and professionally produced 25 minute puppet shows, the issues of peer pressure and the harmful effects of cigarette smoking are addressed in an educational and entertaining manner. The plays are suitable for students in grades K-6. Each school is provided with a Teacher's Guide for use before and after the performance.

 

THE STORY OF "PACK OF LIES"

George is a sixth-grader who wants to impress Mary Ellen, a classmate, with his "coolness". Encouraged by Conzie to take up cigarette smoking to win over Mary Ellen so that she will go to the upcoming school dance, George bus a pack of cigarettes from mini-mart owner Mr. Wheezer and tries to practice smoking before the big dance. After coughing his way through a cigarette, George is having doubts about smoking. Is smoking really cool or is it a dangerous habit? Find out the answer in "Pack of Lies"


THE STORY OF "LITTLE RED LEARNS ABOUT CIGARETTES"

Little Red's Grandmother is trying to quit smoking and Little Red wants to help. But the Big Bad Wolf is a chain smoker who convinces Little Red to smoke. Will Grandma be able to quit and can Little Red save herself from the pressure the Wolf subjects her to.

SUITABLE FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN GRADES K-6. EACH SCHOOL IS PROVIDED WITH A TEACHER'S GUIDE FOR USE BEFORE AND AFTER THE SHOW.
